My experience
As someone who has suffered with disordered eating patterns since childhood, I understand how hard it can be to ask for help.
Nutritional therapy was completely transformational for me in changing my relationship with food, and now I want to help others experience this too.
My approach focuses on nutrients instead of numbers, helping you break free from old patterns and ways of thinking, and instead learning how to fuel your body in the right way for optimum health and wellbeing.

How it works:
Prior to your first consultation you will receive a health questionnaire and a three day food diary to complete
Your one to one consultation will last 60-90 minutes, during this time we will deep dive into your medical history and your symptoms and discuss your goals
Together we will identify strategies to combat your anxiety and help you feel more confident around food.
If appropriate, we will discuss additional testing which may help us further your understand your symptoms, this may include a blood test to understand your current nutritional status. All tests are optional and the different options and prices will be discussed with you.
4. You will receive a personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan, bespoke to your needs and goals. This will also include supplement recommendations based on your personal requirements.
5. During our 2 x follow up consultations, we will check in on progress and agree any adjustments needed to your plan.
