Why would someone see a Nutritional Therapist?
This is a question I have sometimes been asked, especially when someone has never heard of Nutritional Therapy before.
There are many examples of why someone might see a Nutritional Therapist. Nutritional therapists are professionals who focus on using diet and nutrition to support and promote overall health. Often clients contact me where they have symptoms that traditional medicine has been unable to resolve or they want to pursue a more natural route.
The first time I discovered Nutritional Therapy was when I sought help with digestive issues and an eating disorder. Through changing my diet and my relationship with food I saw firsthand the power of nutrition and the impact this can have on both the mind and the body.
