Having worked in a corporate job for 12+ years before retraining as a nutritional therapist, I understand how the stress of work and life can get on top of you, leaving nutrition to fall down the priority list.

It was my own journey and recovery from years of disordered eating patterns which helped me transform my own health. Now I am on a mission to help others too.
